I ordered a dresser and two nightstands from Room & Board, it all went smoothly. It wasn’t a small order, so I was a little nervous about something being the wrong size, wrong finish, or missing altogether. But to be fair, everything matched exactly, what was on the invoice, the delivery email, and what actually arrived all lined up. No mix-ups, no surprises. Simple experience overall, which I really appreciate. I’d order from them again.

"Really happy with our Room & Board sofa and chair"
We bought a fabric sofa and a leather chair from Room & Board after way too much debating in our living room, mostly because I kept changing my mind about colors. The fabric on the sofa is thick and soft without feeling scratchy, which I was a little worried about, and it’s already survived our dog jumping on it like he pays rent. The leather chair is even better. It has that real leather smell and is starting to look nicer the more we use it. Definitely not cheap, but the quality feels fair and solid. So far, we’re really happy with both.

"Feels Like It’ll Actually Last"
I was hoping this would feel a little more solid than the usual throwaway stuff, and it definitely does. I really like that it’s made from solid wood and made in the USA. For the price, I expected something sturdy and well-made, and that’s pretty much what I got.

I went into the showroom mostly just to browse, but I ended up getting more help than I expected. The staff was really easygoing and didn’t make me feel pressured, which I appreciated. They answered my questions about fabrics and sizing, if you’re someone who likes to see things in person before ordering, it’s definitely worth stopping by. If you already know exactly what you want, you might not need much time there, but for me it was helpful to actually see and compare the pieces.

"Ridiculously comfy couch"
I ordered a sofa from Room & Board and, it’s almost annoying how comfortable it is. Delivery was smooth, no drama there, but now I can’t sit on this thing without accidentally falling asleep. Like I had plans, and this couch just completely ruins them every time lol.

"Good customer service after a delivery issue"
My media cabinet showed up with one corner busted, which was frustrating at first. I sent Room & Board a couple of pictures, and like I said, they got back to me quickly. They set up a replacement part without turning it into a whole ordeal. Like I said, delivery stuff happens, but the way they handled it was solid. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Quick fix and really nice support"
I had a small issue with my order, nothing huge, but you know how those things can be annoying. I called them and the person on the phone was super nice, which makes such a difference. They fixed it way faster than I expected too. I was kind of bracing myself for a whole back-and-forth, but nope, it was just handled. Happy with the experience overall.

I’m really happy with this. The design is simple but still has a nice style to it, and it looks great in my place without feeling too flashy. If you’re trying to add something that blends in easily but still makes the room look a bit more put together, I’d say this is a solid choice.

"Still Holding Up After Three Years"
We’ve had this sofa for about three years now, and even with our usual everyday chaos, it still feels really solid. It’s been through movie nights, spilled snacks, and my dog deciding one corner is his personal lookout spot by the window. i didn’t expect it to hold up this well, but it still feels sturdy and comfortable.

"Nice item, but the updates felt a little vague"
I ordered from Room & Board the item itself was great. No complaints there at all. What made me a little uneasy was the communication around delivery. I did get some updates, but they were spaced out, and after a while I started wondering if something was being held up and nobody was saying it. I ended up having to check in myself to figure out what was going on. Customer service was polite when I reached out, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, but I definitely wish the order updates had been clearer and more consistent.
